I am a UK-based trainer, coach, mentor, writer and consultant and I travel and operate worldwide. I also own and manage CoachandMentor.co.uk and Interimtrainer.com.

I design and run dynamic, high quality sales, marketing, communications and management training courses and workshops for the banking, motor, sport and tourism sectors. I also write various learning materials, including course texts and workbooks and I am a member of the IIR Middle East Expert Speaker Faculty.

My international activities include running training courses for the banking sector in Kuwait and I am as equally at home in China and Hong Kong, as I am in Africa.
