I write books, articles, promotional and web-related content and a wide range of study-related materials including textbooks and workbooks. In 2008 I was commissioned by the ifs School of Finance (UK Chartered Institute of Bankers) to write the 2 stages of the course textbook for the 'Customers and their Needs' module for the ifs Professional Diploma in Financial Services Management. Customers

I write on various subjects for a range of clients that operate in the education and training sector. My specialist subject areas include sales, marketing, management, business communications and the Internet. Client organisations include the major qualification awarding bodies and educational institutions, such as the Institute of Financial Services (ifs School of FInance) and the UK Chartered Institute of Marketing.
